There are those among us fortunate enough to live in a tropical paradise, living off the land with everything they consume being organic, getting pure vitamin D from the sun and being free from the worries and stresses of work or money…and for them living that balanced life is relatively easy and they may even live well into their 100’s..(check out the Blue Zones if you need proof of this)

…but for the rest of us finding that balance whilst living our busy western lives isn’t as easy despite having the will to do so. The demands of work and bills mean that we are increasingly more stressed and fuelling ourselves with processed foods that while being more convenient is actually worsening our health long-term, as evidenced by the rise of metabolic disorders like Diabetes and other conditions related to Insulin resistance.

…So here at IV Wetroom® we have decided enough is enough! We are here to try and re-dress that imbalance by providing people with the chance to get the right vitamins, minerals and nutrients that will allow their bodies to perform better in whatever way it is asked to. From athletes looking to optimise their performance to corporate office workers looking to improve productivity…and let’s not forget the general health conscious individual just looking to live their best life… we are here to help!

Taking supplements orally where much of the gummy or tablet gets broken down in such a way that you only get a small percentage of it working at best (assuming you don’t have any other conditions that reduce that percentage even further). Plus the side effects that occur from their action on the digestive system can make it difficult to adhere to taking them even if you care about your health and actually want to make a positive difference.  Well that’s where we come in.
